Environmental Policy

Mineral Process Control (MPC) Pty Ltd is a manufacturer of chemicals and equipment for the gold mining and assaying industries.

We believe that the well-being of the environment in which we operate, is a priority and must be considered during all activities under our control.

MPC’s objective is to satisfy the requirements of our stakeholders by providing products and services that conform to relevant regulations, codes, Standards, and contractual requirements in a timely an environmentally responsible manner. 

To meet this objective MPC is committed to conducting business in such a way as to minimise, as far as is practicable, the adverse impact on the environment of its activities. MPC strives to continually improve its performance against targets associated with its environmental aspects and to comply with all applicable environmental legislation. Implementation of this policy includes, but is not restricted to, the establishment and review of environmental objectives and targets, documentation and effective communication and awareness of the companies’ environmental policy. 

MPC is committed to the following:  

Reduce emissions, waste, and conserve resources

• To reduce, reuse and recycle resources where possible. 
• Develop and implement practices geared towards energy reduction.

Efficient management of energy

• Continuous review and evaluation of operations and performance through applied management systems to improve and ensure complete regulatory and policy compliance. 
• Comply with all applicable environmental laws.
